  1. I live in England so your tip about not wearing sneak style shoes falls on the deafest of ears. Furthermore I live in Herefordshire, the capital of rainy mornings, days and nights! Unfortunately the amount of people at Belmont Lodge Hotel where I play golf who persist to walk around in espadrilles or woven pumps is ridiculous! The clubhouse is swimming in footwater in a wet day! I should direct them all here.
